Our Story
Remarkable Realty Contracting LLC was formed in January 2021 by Derrick Lubomski. Though it is a young company, Derrick is no stranger to the construction industry.
After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 with a BS in Civil Engineering, Derrick traveled the country working for some of the area's largest general contractors overseeing multimillion dollar construction projects. While in this role, he started to spend his free time investing in residential real estate investment properties, completing most of the rehab himself.
When big projects came along, he quickly learned it was a struggle to find reliable, quality and affordable contractors at the residential level. This is what lead him to starting Remarkable Realty Contracting LLC, as he saw professional contractors were in demand.
